Amelia Axford

Mentor - Business / Web Development   |   LinkedIn

When I started learning about and using the business model canvas and customer development, I found it difficult to define and test hypotheses. I felt like I hadn't quite grasped it. But, like anything, the more you do it the better you get at it. Startup Weekend will give you ample opportunity to practice this. With my background in business combined with broad web application development and delivery experience, I am finding that I can really help people generate their business model. I'll help you focus on the big picture and then identify and test the areas where your model has the most uncertainty using Lean Launch principles.
